Chevrons on plastic conveyor belts
At Bandtransport Europe (BTE) we specialise in lightweight synthetic chevron belts. These innovative conveyor belts are up to 30% lighter than traditional rubber versions, which offers major benefits to both machine builders and end users. They enable lighter machine construction and simplify installation, maintenance and cleaning.
Our plastic chevron tires:
Available in different colours: black, blue, white and green.
Can be used for both industrial and food processing applications.

Custom made: welding chevrons on belt types
A major advantage of our offering is that chevrons can be welded to size as a confection on various BTE plastic belt types. This offers maximum flexibility for your application. Depending on your requirements and the nature of the product to be transported, we can apply chevrons in the desired colour and dimensions.
The welding technique ensures a strong bond between the chevrons and the belt, making them resistant to intensive use and long-term loads.
