Our digital cutting machine makes more possible.

Bandtransport Europe invested in a new digital cutting machine. This fully computer-controlled cutting plotter cuts the most complicated designs quickly and very accurately. Perforations no longer have to be punched out manually, but can be placed very precisely in any desired size and distance. Even with large volumes or special operations, BTE can now easily and quickly execute your order.

Bandtransport Europe has chosen a digital cutting machine from the Zünd brand. The Zünd G3 XL3200 digital cutting machine offers us the possibilities and the high processing quality that fits within our aim to deliver only the best products. It has a processing surface of 2270 x 3200 mm, which means that even larger designs can be cut very precisely. Not only can we deliver more complex products with this, you can also count on a continuation of our high quality.

Coating of conveyor belts

Are you looking for a special conveyor belt? Sometimes existing material only partially meets your requirements and developing a completely new type of conveyor belt is not feasible. At BTE, it is then possible to apply additional coatings according to your specifications. This technique is used, for example, for coating cable pulling belts. An additional coating with the right hardness and friction is applied to existing, endlessly welded material to create a strong, seamless belt with a long service life. We can also provide existing (whether or not endlessly welded) belt material with an additional coating for all kinds of other applications. Let us know your requirements. Profiling

Also profiling conveyor belt material according to your wishes is a special, unusual process with which we have already helped many customers. Do you want to have existing material provided with a profile? That is possible. BTE offers a complete range of common profiles, which can be applied to existing, flat belts. In addition to profiling a complete belt, we also offer the unique possibility of profiling only a small part of your belt. In this way, you combine the purchase of full rolls of material with the purchase of smaller quantities of one or more profiled belts.
