Polyurethane tires with or without tread
PU round belts are suitable for transporting bakery products and chocolate (packed and unpacked). These belts have the following properties:

The tyres are also available with a diamond profile. If desired, they can be provided with a hole pattern, eyelets or running wheels.
Extensive range of PVC
BTE has an extensive range of PVC conveyor belt material. For the PVC round blankets we use special material with flexible fabric. The belts are available in different colours and with a bottom consisting of fabric or PVC.
Also for spiral conveyors
For distribution centers, special belt types have been developed for buffering products and for infeed under an incline, such as in spiral conveyors. These are also precisely cut on our Zünd cutting plotter, after which the belt is finished with the greatest precision.
Wear-resistant SD top layer
In the production of bricks or other construction-related materials and raw materials, belt material with a wear-resistant top layer is used. BTE applies the special, wear-resistant SD top layer itself on its own coating line, with which each conveyor belt more than meets the requirements.
