With its own internal service, machine park, workshop and products that are used in a wide range of industries and countries, you work at BTE in a versatile environment where you experience the collaboration between sales and the workshop on a daily basis. In addition, it is a challenging environment where you are given the space to initiate and realize projects; this is further supported by short lines between the departments.
The combination of these aspects not only gave me a very enjoyable and educational time at BTE, but also gave me the opportunity to take responsibility for a large and important project, namely the further development and implementation of the current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a result, I was not only able to make an important contribution to the company's results, but I was also able to further develop my skills.
