A customer-specific top layer: the flexible solution
Sometimes there is no standard conveyor belt type for an application.
In such a case, adding a coating on Bandtransport Europe's own coating line can provide a tailor-made solution.

Our plastic conveyor belts consist of one or more fabric layers, provided with a coating of a specific composition, colour and thickness. When no standard conveyor belt type meets the requirements of the user, applying an additional coating to a standard conveyor belt type can be a simple solution. A customer can also request a specific top layer.

For example, Bandtransport Europe applies an extra thick or extra strong top layer, a silicone top layer or a top layer for a special profile on its own coating line. In this way, we create a new conveyor belt that meets the user's requirements.
