Needle belts
When harvesting, washing and sorting delicate vegetables, fruit and potatoes, it is of the utmost importance that products are handled with care. This keeps the quality high, which benefits the yield. Needle belts from Bandtransport Europe have a special, cushioning shape, which reduces the chance of damage.
Our special, highly efficient assembly technology ensures that the fingers are attached particularly firmly and directly (i.e. without a foot) to the conveyor belt. It is worth outsourcing the attachment of fingers to us. The special technique saves time and money, and the fingers are attached more firmly than with 'conventional' techniques.
